Terms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026
These terms apply when you use the site or request a reading. Please read our separate Disclaimer for the limits of fortune readings.
The readings
We currently offer Korean Personal Fortune Reading (Saju) and Korean Couple Compatibility Reading (Gunghap). They are digital cultural interpretations for reflection and entertainment. They are not factual forecasts or professional advice. The available readings, their descriptions, and their prices are shown before checkout.
Who may use the service
You must be an adult under the law where you live to place an order. Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge and review it before checkout. If you provide another person's birth details for a Gunghap reading, you are responsible for having their permission to share those details with us.
Orders and delivery
Guest checkout does not require an account. The final price, any applicable coupon, and the amount due are shown at checkout. An order completes only when checkout confirms payment or a valid zero-balance promotion. A completed report is displayed in the authorized checkout completion session. We also email a receipt and the full reading separately to the address confirmed at checkout. Save or print the report if you want a local copy. If the report is not displayed or either email does not arrive after a completed order, contact us with the order number.
Refunds and corrections
If you are charged twice for one order, or a technical failure prevents us from providing a completed report, email support@ibreezelabs.com with the order number. We will review the issue and refund an applicable duplicate or undelivered charge to the original payment method. We can investigate a report generated from details that differ from what you confirmed at checkout. A reading that does not match your expectations is not, by itself, a technical failure. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
Use of your report
You may save your completed report for personal, noncommercial use. Share a report containing another person's details only with their permission. Do not resell a report or present it as a professional assessment. Keep any private checkout session or report access details secure.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, maintain the site, or change future offerings. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from a reading. Changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and will apply to future use, subject to rights that cannot be waived by contract.
