Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the site or request a reading, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
When you request a reading, we collect the preferred name and Gregorian birth date of each person included. We also collect the birth time you enter, or your indication that it is unknown, and the gender selected for traditional interpretation. A Gunghap reading uses information about two people. We collect the purchaser's email address and order details, such as the reading selected, coupons, checkout status, and report generated.
Our site and hosting systems also process information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session identifiers, IP address, browser information, and request logs. If a paid payment method is available, the payment provider processes the payment details needed for that transaction. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in the reading application.
If you use the Help form, we collect its title, sender email, and content, and send them to our support mailbox. The mail system may retain those messages for support and recordkeeping.
How we use information
We use reading details to calculate and present the requested report and email the full reading and a separate order receipt to the address provided at checkout. We use email and order information to run checkout, identify an order, respond to support requests, handle payment or refund issues, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Our email provider processes these messages and may retain copies under its own retention practices. The gender selection chooses a traditional interpretation branch; it does not change the calculated Four Pillars. We do not use birth details or report text for targeted advertising.
Who receives information
Service providers that host or support the site may process information for us. A configured payment provider receives transaction information needed to take or refund a payment and applies its own privacy notice to its services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell reading details or reports.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses cookies and session storage needed for its basic functions, including the cart, checkout, and administrative security. A payment provider may use its own technology when you use its payment service. Your browser settings can control cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
We use Google Analytics on public information pages to understand visits and improve the site. Google may process browser and device information and use analytics cookies. Analytics is not loaded on reading forms, checkout, customer reports, account pages, or the Help form. We do not send birth details, report contents, email addresses, payment details, report tokens, URL query strings, or referring-page URLs to analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our site configuration.
Reports, retention, and security
Reading input and completed reports are kept with order records so we can deliver the service, answer support requests, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. Completed report editions are preserved rather than silently overwritten. We do not currently set an automatic deletion date for completed order and report records. We review deletion requests against the need to keep transaction or other legally required records.
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect this information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The report is displayed in the authorized checkout session and emailed in full to the address provided at checkout. Email can be stored or forwarded outside this site's access controls. We do not provide a lasting guest report link.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or exercise other privacy rights. Email support@ibreezelabs.com with your request and enough order information for us to verify it. Please do not send full birth details or payment card information by email. We will explain if we must retain a record or cannot fulfill part of a request.
Children, changes, and contact
